Primary Responsible Officer / Representative Singapore

OurCrowd is seeking a Primary Responsible Officer / Representative to lead its Singapore operations, serve as liaison with the Monetary Authority of Singapore, and drive investor relations and business growth across Singapore and the broader region. This role combines regulatory oversight, governance, and strategic relationship management to support OurCrowd’s continued expansion in Asia.

• Serve as OurCrowd’s main point of contact with the Monetary Authority of Singapore, including with respect to regulatory correspondence, filings, notifications, submissions, and license‑related matters.
• Perform Investor Relations functions in Singapore and the broader region, including managing existing investor relationships, developing new relationships with LPs, family offices, high‑net‑worth individuals, and institutions, and coordinating with the global IR team on active fundraises.
