Job Description:
This role provides project controls and scheduling leadership for large-scale data center construction projects.
The position oversees schedule reviews, milestone tracking, cost impact analysis, and executive reporting, ensuring timely and efficient project delivery across multiple campuses.
Responsibilities:
Lead project scheduling oversight for multiple large-scale construction projects (Greenfield, Brownfield, and fit-out).
Review and validate Primavera P schedules submitted by general contractors.
Align construction schedules with key project milestones such as facility readiness, operations handover, and network/fiber integration.
Conduct critical path analysis and ensure sequencing and dependencies meet project requirements.
