 Be the lead financial analyst for our bargaining on Collective Agreements
 Lead the design and implementation of costing models that inform financial and workforce planning, negotiation strategies, and bargaining rounds.
 Manage and improve the national workforce databases that underpin our bargaining
 Provide expert analytical advice and direction to Te Whatu Ora, based on your comprehensive understanding of workforce issues
