Overview
Principal Associate, Marketing - Event Content Manager (B2B)Owns the development, coordination, and delivery of all content for B2B client events. The candidate works and partners closely with event planning, production, and external vendors to ensure content is high-quality, on-brand, and delivered efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Lead content development for client events (presentations, scripts, talking points, session flows)
Develop decks, scripts, speaker notes, and supporting assets
Translate event objectives into clear content plans and session outlines
Project manage content timelines, reviews, and approvals
Coordinate with internal SMEs, speakers, and executives
Manage vendors (agencies, designers, writers, AV partners)
Work with management and production teams on run-of-show planning and development, timing, and transitions
