Principal Business Consultant

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Business Consultant with deep, hands-on expertise in Temenos T24 / Transact core banking implementations. This is a technically demanding, client-facing role where you will act as the senior subject matter expert (SME) across multiple T24 functional domains, driving complex implementation, migration, and upgrade programmes for Tier 1 and Tier 2 banking clients across Singapore and the broader SEA region.

You will be expected to own the full functional lifecycle - from requirements blueprinting through to go-live - while bridging the gap between business stakeholders and the technical delivery team. Candidates who can only operate at a high-level advisory capacity without deep system knowledge will not be suitable for this role.
