Principal Consultant - JIRA

Inbox Business Technologies is seeking a highly capable Principal Consultant - JIRA to lead and support enterprise Jira / Jira Service Management (JSM) implementations, consulting engagements, and ITSM transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support enterprise Jira / Jira Service Management (JSM) implementations and enhancements.
• Configure and optimize workflows, SLAs, automation rules, permission schemes, and service projects within Jira / JSM.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable Jira-based solutions.
• Drive stakeholder discussions, solution workshops, requirement gathering, and implementation activities.
• Support ITSM processes including Incident, Change, Problem, Request, and Asset Management practices.
