Principal Consultant - SAP FICO S/4 HANA

What you’ll be doing

We are seeking a Principal SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant to lead complex finance transformations across SAP S/4HANA Public and Private Cloud environments. This role is responsible for solution architecture, delivery governance, and stakeholder engagement across large-scale transformation programs.

Duties and Responsibilities
•    Lead end-to-end design of SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions (FI/CO).
•    Define finance architecture across Public and Private Cloud deployments.
•    Facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops and ensure alignment with SAP best practices.
•    Act as FICO stream lead across large SAP transformation programs.
•    Drive solution quality, timelines, and risk mitigation.
•    Support SIT, UAT, and cutover planning.
•    Advise on ECC to S/4HANA migration strategies.
