Job Description
We are hiring a highly motivated Research Scientist for PDK device design and research projects management with integrated opto-electronics circuit design, fabrication, and characterization.
You will be involved in application-oriented PDK design, fabrication and characterization. You will be working with an excellent multidisciplinary team from photonics and FAB.
Your Job :
+ To design / optimize silicon photonic devices, including passive and active devices (e.g., balanced photodetector, high speed photodetector) for application oriented PDK development.
+ To independently carry out device characterization to verify device performance and conduct device analysis with documentation.
+ To provide technical support on PDK related questionnaires.
+ To file patents on Silicon Photonics devices to protect AMF intellectual property.
