Position Overview
We are seeking a Principal Engineer to lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance integration solutions across AWS, Salesforce, and Amazon Connect. This role focuses on building cloud-native services that extend Salesforce CRM capabilities and enable seamless data and telephony integration across systems.
You will drive architecture and implementation of AWS-based integrations, including Amazon Connect solutions, working closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce developers, and integration teams. The role requires hands-on leadership in designing robust data pipelines, ensuring system reliability, and aligning solutions with enterprise standards.
