Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership for major national projects in drainage, stormwater management, flood resilience, infrastructure planning, and coastal protection. Lead and supervise a team of senior and junior engineers, ensuring high-quality technical output and capability development. Develop robust solutions across hydrology, hydraulics, drainage modelling, climate resilience strategies, erosion control, and nature-based approaches. Oversee engineering workstreams, modelling reviews, technical reports, and design development. Work closely with government agencies such as PUB, URA, NParks, JTC, LTA, NEA, SDC and others, ensuring compliance with local processes, standards, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with international consultants, research partners, and specialist sub-consultants. Present technical content and lead discussions with clients and stakeholder groups.
