Principal Engineer (Mechanical)

PURPOSE OF THE JOBWSP is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join their Power Team undertaking a range of power plant and waste-to-energy consulting assignments in the Asia region. The position will be based in Singapore and at a grade to reflect to experience. Main Responsibilities

• To interface with clients providing technical advice on all aspects of power plant development including configuration options, prime equipment selection, BoP systems & components, enabling infrastructure and considerations for project implementation.
• To support clients technically through project feasibility, project appraisals, procurement evaluations, contractor/vendor engineering, project construction, commissioning, and performance testing.
• To support proposal development, drawing on WSP's regional and international network of support experts where needed.
• Manage project technical delivery requirements
