Stability engineer for SON Module responsible to drive stability & improvement in SON Quality KPI (Escalation, PDP, etc).

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role.

• Leading in quality improvement activities through data analysis and monitoring process performance indices on qualified processes and establishing good controls.
• Owner of module Escalation Management. Responsible to analyze, monitor, and drive improvement on escalation incidents, as well as lead and manage escalation and facilitate discussion among all parties.
• Focus on enhancing L1 early detections and improvement on escapees to next process, key line detection/ screening method/ disposition method to address escapees.
• Drive relevant KPIs with respect to yield and quality indices (Escalation & SDCAR), manage and work with respective experts to reduce SDCAR & Assembly Critical Defects, and ensure SPC effectiveness through collaboration with process ow...
