Principal - Experience Design (Guadalajara)

As an Experience Design Principal, you will balance your time between being an effective people manager and leading design direction on some of our most challenging engagements. On projects, you will assume responsibility for the overall product strategy and direct others to help clients solve complex product design problems. You possess the level of design expertise needed to solve complex problems and excel in leading larger and more challenging engagements, including multiple workstreams and delivery teams. As a leader for not only design, but Slalom Build as a whole, you will be expected to:
