Job description
Manage end-to-end statutory financial reporting for assigned LATAM entities;
Prepare and review statutory financial statements under US GAAP and LATAM GAAP and local country-specific requirements;
Oversight of transactional processing performed by shared service organizations (SSO);
Review and approve monthly reconciliations in Blackline for assigned G/L account;
Prepare, review, and coordinate corporate income tax, GST/VAT, and withholding tax filing;
Liaise with external tax consultants and internal tax teams;
Perform internal control checks and ensure compliance with company policies and SOX frameworks;
Partner with regional and global finance teams;
Act as key finance contact for auditors, tax advisors, and service providers;
Drive M&A and integration projects across LATAM;
