We are looking for a Principal Head – Design & Client Experience to lead our design vision, elevate customer interactions, and build a world-class design culture. This is a senior leadership role for someone who combines exceptional aesthetic judgment with strong business acumen and people leadership.

You will oversee the design function across modular kitchens, wardrobes, and home storage solutions, while ensuring every client journey feels premium, clear, and deeply trusted.

Lead the Design Vision

• Define and drive the overall aesthetic direction for the brand.
• Set standards for materials, finishes, color palettes, textures, and design quality.
• Ensure every project reflects a refined, modern, and timeless design language.
