Principal Nuclear Engineer

Jackson Hogg is delighted to be recruiting a Senior Engineer / Principal Nuclear Engineer to join a specialist engineering organisation based in the Newcastle upon Tyne area with a strong track record in delivering innovative solutions for hazardous and nuclear environments.
As a Senior / Principal Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping projects from pre-concept stage through to delivery, ensuring engineered solutions meet the needs of multiple stakeholders and complex technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead pre-concept and concept development for nuclear and hazardous environment projects.
* Collate and manage requirements from multiple stakeholders to develop robust engineered solutions.
* Oversee equipment design, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic aspects, and guide design teams to deliver technical specifications.
