Light Regional Council, located about an hour north of the Adelaide CBD, is entering a transformational period of growth and is seeking a highly capable Principal Planner to lead complex development assessments across a rapidly expanding region. Roseworthy development is delivering an additional 3000 homes and new employment land uses. Growth is also occurring key towns of Kapunda, Freeling, and the suburb of Hewett. The Greater Adelaide Regional Plan foreshadows future growth of another potential 33,000 homes at Roseworthy in the coming years with the State Government rezoning process.
