Principal Product Manager, Loyalty & Referrals

About The Role

HelloFresh's Loyalty & Referrals tribe owns two of the most strategic levers in the business: how we deepen relationships with customers we already have, and how we get those customers to bring in new ones. We're looking for a Principal Product Manager to anchor our loyalty program and partner across the tribe's broader work on referrals and virality. The loyalty program is a points‑based program where customers earn rewards for meaningful actions. Because it can attach points to any customer behavior, it's one of HelloFresh's most strategically important products and a lever for every product or commercial strategy we want to pursue. You'll also work alongside the team leading our referrals program, one of HelloFresh's most important acquisition channels. Depending on where the greater need is when you join, you may also take ownership of specific initiatives in this space, including new virality mechanics beyond the traditional refer‑a‑friend model.
