Principal Release Train Specialist

We are seeking a highly capable SAFe Release Train Specialist (RTE) to lead the execution and continuous improvement of Agile Release Trains (ARTs) within our organization. The role focuses on serving as a servant leader and coach, driving program alignment, delivery excellence, and continuous improvement across multiple Agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate the execution of Agile Release Trains (ARTs), aligning team members across multiple Agile teams.
• Plan and orchestrate all key SAFe ceremonies, including PI Planning, ART Syncs, Scrum of Scrums, and Inspect & Adapt sessions.
• Ensure continuous flow of value by proactively identifying and resolving cross‑team dependencies, risks, and impediments.
