Mission of the Role

To drive the development and continuous improvement of the Americas Supplier Network by ensuring the successful industrialization and performance of mechanical components, supporting Visteon’s global manufacturing operations through technical expertise, supplier collaboration, and strategic sourcing.

Key Objectives of this Role Identify and develop new suppliers in the Americas region through comprehensive potential analyses. Lead supplier development initiatives focused on new technologies and technical capabilities. Ensure flawless industrialization of mechanical components using APQP/MLA methodologies. Manage supplier performance during series production, ensuring quality, delivery, and continuous improvement. Provide technical support for quality issue resolution and implementation of corrective actions.
