Principal System & Subsystem Engineer

Reports To: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Senior UAE National role with full technical authority over end-to-end UAV systems engineering — covering architecture, subsystem integration, verification, and national capability development.

Systems architecture & design

Define and own UAV system architectures across airborne platforms, payloads, datalinks, and GCS.

Govern requirements, ICDs, and functional allocations; act as final authority on trade studies and architectural decisions.

Ensure compliance with GCAA, EASA, FAA, MIL-STD/STANAG standards.

Subsystem integration

Lead integration of hardware, software, mechanical, electrical, and RF subsystems.

Ensure performance, safety, SWaP, and reliability targets are met; resolve system-level conflicts proactively.
