Job Description
Support daily procurement operations by executing essential purchasing tasks, maintaining vendor communication, and ensuring timely order processing.
Essential Job Functions
- Issue and maintain purchase orders and track delivery timelines.
- Review BOMs and artwork files for accuracy.
- Maintain procurement trackers and update order statuses.
- Communicate with vendors to confirm pricing, availability, and delivery.
- Escalate discrepancies related to BOMs, pricing, or artwork.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Graphics, AMs) to resolve order issues.
- Assist in inventory checks and component creation requests.
- Participate in daily team meetings to review pending orders and priorities.
- ECM (Invoice/AP) issue closure for own orders and colleagues when necessary.
- Obtain pricing and maintain price books as needed under direction from Sr. Buyer.
