Print Finishing Supervisor

Premier printing and converting company in VA is hiring for an experienced Finishing Supervisor for 12 hour night shift.

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee night shift production in die cutting and folding operations to meet or exceed customer quality and on-time delivery specifications.
• Supervise approximately 20 - 25 employees regarding safety, procedures, workflow, incidents, schedules, and any other related matters.
• Oversee employee training, job duties, schedules, safety, procedures, motivation, discipline, time off, performance reviews, and accountability
• Supervise quality control/inspection procedures for these departments
• Coordinate efforts and communicate daily with previous shift supervisor and subsequent shift supervisor to maintain efficient & timely workflow, consistent procedure...
