SUMMARY:
Our client, a leading manufacturer in the corrugated packaging industry, is currently seeking a motivated Printer Assistant to join their production team in Port Elizabeth. POSITION INFO:
Minimum Qualifications:

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Trade Qualification in Corrugated Board Printing and Finishing Machine Minding

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Operator in setting up the printing machine according to best operating practices
• Support the Operator with system feedback on Abaca and Shopware where applicable
• Ensure optimal productivity by assisting during machine operation
• Continuously monitor product quality and alert the Operator to any deviations
• Operate the machine at a competent level in the absence of the Operator
