Priority Banking Client Experience Associate

Hong Leong Bank is seeking individuals to support a team of Priority Banking Relationship Managers. You will manage customer satisfaction aspects at the Priority Banking Center, addressing enquiries and complaints, while building sustainable relationships with customers.

The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate degree in a relevant field and 3-5 years of experience in a financial institution. Proficiency in MS Office and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
