Job Summary

This position is responsible for analyzing, drafting, and negotiating various agreements of the HCSC Privacy Office and is asked to opine to ensure HCSC is compliant with various federal and state privacy regulations. This role is responsible for supporting and on occasion driving key privacy initiatives and projects. This position is expected to analyze the applicable privacy laws, rules, regulations including HIPAA, and assesses the impact on HCSCS operations and processes.
