Job Description
Details:
- 5 days per week.
- Full-time commitment required.
- Starts at 6:00am in Miami Beach area.
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts, to be divided and coordinated with Private Chef team.
- Ability to travel with the family as needed. During travel to be expected full day of work with all three meals. Sometimes up to ten days.
Requirements:
-Must have minimum ten years prior chef experience, ideally private chef experience.
-Able to work with a strict dietary food list for very health focused family. Must have understanding of all type of diets including keto, low glucose, vegan, gluten free etc.
-Must have front of house experience.
-Must have experience cooking dinners for up to 16 guests.
-Must have a car and be flexible in ever changing schedule.
