This role offers the chance to work directly alongside a Senior Private Client Solicitor, providing invaluable support on a varied caseload of estate administration matters.

The Opportunity

• Assisting with the administration of estates from initial instruction through to conclusion
• Preparing probate applications and supporting documentation
• Liaising with HMRC, the Probate Registry, banks, financial institutions and other organisations
• Gathering information relating to estate assets and liabilities
