This role will support a Portfolio Manager and the team in delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth and high-profile clients. This role combines relationship management support, portfolio administration, operational execution, and scheduling within a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, professionalism, and a client-first mindset.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full lifecycle of client account documentation, onboarding, transfers, and ongoing updates
Process account-related transactions, including cheques, wires, contributions, and disbursements
Maintain accurate client records and documentation in CRM systems
Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless execution and compliance
