Private Debt Investment Analyst

MISSIONS:You will be fully integrated into the activities of the Private Debt team in Frankfurt, Germany, and will actively participate in the following missions:Support Tikehau Capital’s local team to execute DACH Private Debt transactions in all aspects of the investment process from origination to execution and portfolio managementReviewing and analyzing potential target companies, their products, markets and risksDeveloping cash flow based models and sensitivity casesDeveloping of investment memoranda and materials for Tikehau’s investment committeeMonitoring of fund and portfolio company performance and preparation of investor reportsPreparation of marketing, pitch and client presentations and documentsMarket research focused on current LBO market trendsCo-operation and support of other teams like Private Equity, Real Assets, Capital Market Strategies, where required
