Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Our skilled nursing facility is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team. Fabulous team and building!! This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality care in a supportive environment while helping residents achieve their highest level of independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities:
+ Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
+ Support patients in activities of daily living (ADL) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADL).
+ Apply treatment techniques and adaptive strategies to maximize patient safety and independence.
+ Educate patients, families, and caregivers on adaptive equipment and techniques.
+ Monitor, document, and report patient progress toward treatment goals.
+ Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
