Established in 2012 with the creation of a Medicare-certified agency in Southwest Florida, Discovery at Home has grown steadily over the years, expanding its operations by starting and acquiring agencies in Tampa, Florida; Plano, Texas; Houston, Texas; and West Palm Beach, Florida. While DAH primarily serves residents living in communities managed by the Discovery Senior Living family of companies, its services extend beyond these communities.
