Position Summary : Capital Orthopaedic Surgery Center is seeking a skilled and motivated Surgical Technologist to join our fast-paced orthopedic surgery center team. Key Responsibilities :

· Prepare and maintain sterile surgical fields and instrumentation

· Assist surgeons during orthopedic procedures by anticipating surgical needs

· Ensure proper handling, sterilization, and organization of surgical instruments and supplies

· Perform efficient preoperative and postoperative room setup and turnover

· Maintain compliance with infection control, safety, and accreditation standards
