Key Responsibilities
Managing a caseload of Wills, LPAs, and related private client matters

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on the case management system

Delivering a professional, friendly, and client-focused service

Working closely with elderly clients, their families, and bereaved relatives

Conducting client visits at private residences and nursing homes

Taking instructions for Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney

Drafting Wills, LPAs, and supporting legal documentation

Ensuring work is completed efficiently and within agreed timescales

Maintaining accurate file management and compliance standards

Preparing routine correspondence and legal documents

Scanning, photocopying, collating, and organising client documentation
