Our client in the Northern Suburbs is looking for a Billing Process Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be well presented and hardworking.

Requirements:

  • Sage experience
  • 3-4 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Computer literate
  • Organizational skills
  • Strong experience on Excel
  • Bilingual in Afrikaans and English
  • Matric certificate
  • Client service skills

Responsibilities:

  • Processing statements
  • Invoicing customers
  • Reconcile accounts
  • Maintain and update customer files
  • Processing purchase orders
  • Tracking of purchase orders
  • General adhoc duties
