Qualifications
- Define and optimize manufacturing process chains for stator production.
- Develop and validate manufacturing processes to ensure quality, cost and productivity targets.
- Support product development with DFM (Design for Manufacturing) concepts.
- Evaluate new technologies, materials and manufacturing methods.
- Establish manufacturing standards and process building sets.
- Support ramp-up and series production issue resolution.
- Collaborate with global engineering and industrialization teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in stator manufacturing, motor production or industrialization.
- Strong understanding of stator assembly, winding and insulation processes.
- Experience in process development and production launch.
