Process Development Associate

SUMMARY

We are hiring a Process Development Associate to support cell therapy manufacturing activities in Singapore. This role focuses on executing mid‑ to large‑scale bioreactor processes , supporting technical transfer to CMOs , and performing routine to large‑scale 2D cell culture . This position has a strong track record of successful placements and offers exposure to end‑to‑end manufacturing operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute mid‑ and full‑scale bioreactor runs according to defined manufacturing schedules
• Perform routine and large‑scale 2D cell culture activities under aseptic conditions
• Support technical transfer of manufacturing processes to external CMOs
• Troubleshoot process issues, conduct experiments, and identify root causes
• Document experimental data, prepare reports, and present findings to stakeholders
