Process Engineer

Core Responsibilities

• Lead and support process optimisation initiatives across cable manufacturing lines to improve safety, quality, productivity and cost efficiency.

• Analyse production performance data to identify trends, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.

• Develop, trial and validate machine settings, tooling requirements and material parameters for stable and capable processes.

• Plan and execute Design of Experiments (DOE) and structured root‑cause investigations to resolve recurring process issues.

• Collaborate with Production, Quality and R&D teams to introduce new products, materials and equipment into manufacturing.

• Prepare and maintain process documentation, including SOPs, Work Instructions, OPLs and control plans.
