About our group:
Our organization, Slider Cleanroom Process Engineering, specializes in vacuum technologies including Thin Film Deposition, Ion Beam Etching, and Evaporator systems. We focus on process control, development, and optimization to meet product requirements in quality, delivery, and yield. Our work involves close collaboration with cross‑functional teams such as Engineering (USA/Thailand), Manufacturing, Maintenance, Industrial Engineering, Planning, and other supporting departments.
About the role - you will:
Monitor and evaluate process performance, troubleshoot issues, and report results to the manager. Develop, improve, andoptimizeprocesses to enhance quality and reducecosts. Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teamson investigations, root‑cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions, including required documentation.
