Responsibilities
Job Summary: As a Process Engineer II, you'll focus on plant production throughput and OEE and lead process improvement activities. You'll support Plant teams in achieving superior self-manufactured products, develop and train others, and foster our commitment to achieve superior service levels.
Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions:
• Process Excellence / Continuous Improvement:
Drives OEE and product throughput initiatives and improvements, and problem-solving tools and techniques (root cause analysis) for use within assigned Plant(s) Collaborates to prioritize / execute process improvement initiatives Implements / drives operational standard compliance Fosters root cause elimination / zero loss mindset; supports the journey to zero accidents, zero food safety incidents, and zero manufacturing loss Reviews capital projects during initial planning phases; ensures consideration o...
