Role and Responsibilities:

Develop and standardize manufacturing processes for aerospace components and assemblies.

Define process flow diagrams, manufacturing routings, and work instructions.

Support New Product Introduction (NPI) from design phase to full-scale production.

Develop and maintain 3D models and 2D drawings using Siemens NX CAD for aerospace components and assemblies.

Create detailed manufacturing drawings complying with GD&T (ASME Y14.5) and customer specifications.

Ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards such as AS9100 and AS9102.

Conduct Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) and imp...
