Process Engineer

Job Title: Process Engineer – Engineering II, Manufacturing Engineering (Process). This role focuses on developing, optimizing, and maintaining injection molding processes for APS Process Carrier engineering molding products, ensuring high‑quality production, troubleshooting issues, training staff, and contributing to cost reduction and efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Advise process engineers and technicians with guidelines for optimal molding conditions.
• Maintain knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) procedures to reduce scrap.
• Establish and enhance SPC control and practices.
• Coordinate and sample new tools and materials to determine the most appropriate methods.
• Document new tools and materials extensively.
• Review capability studies on new and existing tools and processes and recommend corrective actions.
