Main/Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

+ Foster and enforce a zero-harm safety culture for all employees and contractors, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
+ Lead the operation and continuous improvement of departmental systems, including daily performance tracking, maintenance strategies, and reliability initiatives.
+ Work closely with Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams to evaluate, initiate actions, and improve process performance, including scrap, rework, and equipment efficiency.
+ Support in other areas, as necessary new product implementation and engineering initiatives (e.g., New Product Development, Technical Releases, FEA, system upgrades).
