Process Engineer (Molding Expertise)

Location: Guadalajara – North Site. Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager. Focus: new product introduction and process engineering for sheet metal manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and evaluate sheet metal manufacturing process, technologies, and techniques.
• Prepare justification, purchase, and implement capital equipment for production.
• Assist in development and delivery of training to production personnel during technology transfer.
• Develop and maintain process documentation.
• Interface with production on all activities related to new process implementation and transfer.
