Job Description
Establish and maintain production process standards, ensuring effective communication and training of production teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a role model for safety, adhering to and promoting safe work practices throughout the production area.
- Make decisions focused on maintaining and improving the quality of products.
- Maintain housekeeping standards in accordance with company policies.
- Understand, follow, and enforce company safety policies and procedures, proactively identifying and addressing unsafe conditions and behaviors.
