- Analyze process performance using data insights and root cause analysis techniques.
- Identify and troubleshoot process issues, deviations, and bottlenecks to ensure seamless operations.
- Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
- Select and qualify diamond tools based on material properties, optimizing feeds, speeds, and coolant usage to reduce tool wear.
