The Process Engineering Lead plays a key role in driving the evolution, implementation, and operationalization of enterprise visibility capabilities across the network.
This role sits at the intersection of Operations, product development, and cross-functional delivery, with a primary focus on advancing the Visibility Program roadmap, enabling new capabilities, and ensuring successful business integration.
The incumbent will lead end-to-end deployment activities, from early solutioning and pilot execution to national implementation and stabilization, while partnering closely with Operations and cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are scalable, practical, and aligned with business needs.
This role requires strong business acumen, an enterprise mindset, and the ability to influence and lead across multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced, transformation‑driven environment.
