Summary of the position: Responsible for the process development, optimization and technical management of water-cooled plate products in the thermal management system of new energy vehicles, leading the introduction and continuous improvement of key processes such as NOCOLOK brazing, painting and gluing, ensuring process stability, yield compliance and cost controllability. Support the trial production introduction of new projects, the debugging of tooling and equipment, and cross-departmental technical collaboration

• Analyze and solve the quality problems and process problems of the water cooling plate site.
• Responsible for the process planning and landing of water cooling plate from 0 to 1.
