Ramp Up measurements including ELFR Measurements and qualification measurements
- Driving the measurements in full self-responsibility
- Booking tester capacity, align with line control
- Preparation of measurements
- Initiate the preparation of tester cell (changing contact unit and/or part tweaking)
- Load and start test program in GUI
- Run test program with first part and check contact
- Prepare parts in handler
- Prepare and handle trays failure trays
- Ensure proper contact
- Feedback any issues to the corresponding support function and ensure timely support
- Observe yield of running measurement and initiate measures in case of drop down right in time, involve other support functions
Interface Role:
- Serve as the critical link between all involved parties Quality, Test Development, Test Engineering, ...
