**Basic Function**
Perform in a working leadership role in the assigned factory production area to assure production goals are achieved in a continuous improvement environment.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Promote and develop an environment of continuous improvement within the department.
+ Maintain acceptable 5S level in the assembly and calibration cells. Drive improvement in 5S if acceptable levels are not met.
+ Participate in ITW Toolbox events.
+ Communicate and set work priorities for the Team.
+ Train and develop team members for increased flexibility in the workforce.
+ Assist supervisor in tracking Lean improvements.
+ Perform production duties such as assembly, calibration, and glass manufacturing as needed.
+ Regular attendance and the ability to get along with others in a team environment.
+ Ability to follow all safety policies and procedures.
